Caving

Today, the fifteenth of December, we we woke up quite early because it said it was going to snow and it was snowing. We soon had breakfast because we were very excited of what we were going to do in the afternoon.

A few hours later we got dressed and put on our jackets because we were about to go on an underground cave tour and we explored five hundred metres of two different caves.

We learnt some facts such as the furthest we were underground was under four hundred and fifty metres, we also learnt that drip stones make stalagmites that form on the liquid of drip stones, the final thing we learnt was that both of the caves we went in were formed by hot water. After the first cave we walked to the second one but had a hot chocolate as well.

After the second cave we went for a long walk and ended up going to an Italian restaurant for dinner.

Afterwards we went back to the apartment and had a long rest and Matthew and I watched a movie because we were leaving the next day and today was our last full day.

I love Budapest and I am looking forward to going to Vienna.
